Our No-Risk Return Policy

First of all, please feel free to call us if you have any questions or issues with the product you ordered.  We are positive that we can help you or perhaps direct you to another product.

We offer a money-back guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied or we will refund your purchase price.  Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping and handling fees. 

All refunds require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Please call us to obtain one.  You must complete and sign a Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction. We must receive the letter along with any software/product materials in re-salable condition within the refund period.  Email or fax copies can not be accepted.   (click here for letter)

REFUND PERIOD:  We offer a 30-day refund period starting from the date the order is placed.  We must receive the products back in resalable condition and by the 30th day.

International Orders:  There are no refunds for international orders except for Canadians & Australians who purchase the Canadian/Australian version of the Cash Flow Analyzer versions. 

All returns must be pre-authorized. Refunds can not be made on unauthorized returns. Please contact us in advance or you may jeopardize your timely request for a refund. We require all returns be sent with tracking or similar proof of delivery.
